We had a short window to get quotes for treatments and get serviced. The inspection was performed the same me day, in a thorough manner(1,5 hrs), crawled under the house in a 2' space, went in attic, and examined all piers. The options available were explained clearly. No hard pressure sales pitch was made. We compared with another company( the third company didn't show) and decided to use Beebe's. The rates were competitive, and we feel confident with both the termite program and pest control service that this historic home will be protected as best possible.

Less than a week before Christmas we call about a suspected mouse in the attic. The very next morning Beebe’s sent out Mr. Ricky Barnes to our home. He was right on time, called in advance prior to arrival to give a heads up, and was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the inspection.
