The billing system is a bit confusing but service is very good.

We had a short window to get quotes for treatments and get serviced. The inspection was performed the same me day, in a thorough manner(1,5 hrs), crawled under the house in a 2' space, went in attic, and examined all piers. The options available were explained clearly. No hard pressure sales pitch was made. We compared with another company( the third company didn't show) and decided to use Beebe's. The rates were competitive, and we feel confident with both the termite program and pest control service that this historic home will be protected as best possible.

Less than a week before Christmas we call about a suspected mouse in the attic. The very next morning Beebe’s sent out Mr. Ricky Barnes to our home. He was right on time, called in advance prior to arrival to give a heads up, and was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the inspection. We’ve had great experiences in the past with our termite bond and the same has held true for the visit from Mr. Barnes. He walked us through the process of getting rid of our unwanted guests very thoroughly and seemed like he really enjoys his profession.

By far the best pest service and customer service experience I had with someone coming to my home and helping our family!! Called with an issue and was immediately helped and reassured that they will assist. Craig was awesome and helpful. We definitely recommend him and this company!

This is my 1st time using Beebe's so far they have been great. Had to call because we where getting ants in the house the Service guy Grant spent extra time out in the rain looking to find where the we're coming into the house. Found they and corrected the problem in the rain. Great service guy and so far great company.
